This MEPIS mirror site is owned and operated by Allan Gabston-Howell, a private citizen in South-West corner of the United States of North America...living not too far from here, as a matter of fact.
Navigation of this site is as simple as navigating the filesystem on your own hard drive. For example: Clicking on "download" will move you down the directory tree to the "download" directory. From there you can click on "released" or "testing" to navigate into the final release code directory or Beta and RC testing code directory--as your needs dictate. Clicking on ".." will take you back up a single level in the directory tree (to the parent directory, if it exists) and clicking on "." won't do much as it's a reference to the current directory.
Files reside in each directory in chronological order, with the exception of "README" files which--if present--you should actually read.
When downloading from mirrors, please select the mirror site which is geographically closest to you, or the functioning site which is as close as possible to you. If you are not in the SouthWestern United States, you may find one of the other mirror sites to be of greater utility to you.
